At Platinum Computing Systems™ we take pride in our software.
We put every program through rigorous testing before ever releasing it.
Having said that, we take even more pride in our support for that software.
We offer a variety of ways for our clients to get assistance, should the need arise.
Assistance can be obtained through our Frequently Asked Questions, our Forums or by asking us directly.
Due to the limited amount of time in any given day,
we ask that our clients search our online assistance before directly E-Mailing questions.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
This is the first place you should look for help.
If you are having a problem installing or using one of our software products,
it is likely that someone else has had the same experience.
Any time we are asked the same question three times, it will appear in these pages.
They are separated by software product, and may be further separated within.
Forum
Our Forum is one way to contact us online.
It is a meeting place for users to ask questions and share experiences.
If you post a question on our Forum it will be answered within 48 hours,
or sooner if other users have had a similar experience.
The Forum also has an area that you can list any new features you would like to see in the next version of a program.
The Forum will be separated into different areas for each software package.
Be sure to check here often.
By reading through others experiences you may be able to avoid a mistake, or better yet, find a gem of an idea.
"Really Simple Syndication" Feeds (RSS Feeds)
With a News Reader program, you can receive up-to-date notices of changes.
Any time we update a program, we will update our RSS Feed for that program.
These are usually small blurbs about the release of any changes or new features.
We presently have three news feeds. One is specifically for Platinum Injury Database™.
One is for our online gaming software. The last is for our Software Recommendations.
All you have to do is subscribe to any or all of our Feeds and you will be updated as soon as a change is made.
